In order to use your Standard Process West account over the web, you must first confirm your billing account information below.
ACCOUNT CONFIRMATION HELP
In order to confirm your account, we ask for several pieces of information which pertain to your current account. This is done to ensure that only your office has access to our online ordering site, protecting you from potential fradulent orders.
Below is a list of items we ask you to verify, including a better description of what each item is.
ACCOUNT NUMBER
This is your current Standard Process West account number, which you give to the sales associate during a telepone order. This number was given to you after you completed all the necessary paperwork required to become a Standard Process West customer.
SHIPPING ZIP CODE
This is the shipping digit zipcode on file with Standard Process West.
DESIRED PIN NUMBER
The pin number acts as a password to protect your on-line ordering account. It can be letters, numbers, or a combination of both greater than four and totalling no more than 10 characters in length. Your pin number/password will is required each time you use the on-line ordering site (in conjunction with your Standard Process West account number).
CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESS
A current email address is required to receive your online ordering confirmations. Without this, you will not be provided with any record of your online order.
