OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH STANDARD PROCESS WEST

As a "Doctor's Only" company it is our national policy to open accounts for health care professionals that fit a limited criteria, which is as follows:

A health care professional who has graduated with a four-year degree from an institution that has been accredited by the U.S. Department of Education.

A health care professional who has passed the state exams and/or has been licensed in their discipline by their state.

If you meet this criteria, click on the link below to get our New Client Information Form.  Complete it and email or fax  it along with a copy of your license or degree and we will begin the process of establishing an account for you. CURRENT TOPICS IN THERAPEUTIC VETERINARY NUTRITION - Featuring Tom Cameron, DVM - February 15th and 16th

Dr. Cameron is a Wisconsin-based veterinarian specializing in holistic and conventional therapies.  He currently serves as the Technical Support Director for Standard Process, while maintaining his private practice of 30 years.  A long-time proponent of canine and feline nutrition, Dr. Cameron has used Standard Process products since 1994 and speaks nationally on the role of whole food nutrition in today's veterinary medicine.

Dr. Cameron will present two 2-hour luncheon sessions this February.  One will be in Boulder, CO and another in Loveland, CO.
